Alysa Oneill

Personal Trainer


Alysa was a three sport athlete in high school, and college (basketball, volleyball and track) with national ranking and all division in all three. Alysa is a graduate from Lasell college with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She is also SCW certified personal trainer with a specialty in group strength and sports nutrition.

Amy Hopkins

Personal Trainer


Amy has been active all her life. Participating in sports from a young age and throughout high school played lacrosse and basketball. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer as well as a mad dog spinning instructor. Amy graduated from URI with a bachelors of science degree focusing on kinesiology and exercise science.

Bryan Francis

Personal Trainer


Bryan has been certified through the American Council on Exercise since 2002, holds his Bachelors Degree in Physical Education, and Associates Degree in Law Enforcement which makes him one of the most well-rounded trainers you can find. He enjoys the challenges personal training brings.

Dan Frappier

Personal Trainer


Dan has been a trainer at DTC for over 8 years, with a brief hiatus as the Fitness Director of a major health club. After venturing to the corporate side of fitness, Dan soon realized the lack of focus on the client and longed for having a hand in helping clients reach their goals in a more one on one environment.

Jennifer LaPreste

Personal Trainer


Jennifer has over 10 years experience working in the Health and Fitness field both as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.Jennifer holds AFAA Personal Trainer Instructor, Kickboxing, Primary Group Exercise, Yoga, SPINNING & PIYO Certifications.

Joelle Reyes

Personal Trainer


Joelle is a full of energy, positive, upbeat trainer who will make you forget how hard your working. She is currently a WITS Certified Personal Trainer and is studying Wellness and Movement studies at Rhode Island College. She has developed her love of training through competitive Powerlifting, instructing Super High Output Conditioning classes, dance, swim, Kung Fu, as well as coaching a number of Special Olympic Sports.

Josh Bate

Personal Trainer


Never the athlete throughout his adolescent and high school career, Josh realized that he was terribly out of shape and wanted to be a healthier more confident person. Struggling most of his teen years with severe social anxiety and low self esteem Josh decided it was time to pursue a more healthy, active lifestyle even if it meant stepping out of his comfort zone. Josh is certified through AFTA and NSCA and has a passion towards bodybuilding.

Kevin Stamps

Personal Trainer


Kevin has over 15 years of personal experience with strength training, and is certified through ACSM. Kevin is also very diversified, although he has achieved his Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation, he has been lured toward his true passion for fitness and helping others.

Justin Jarrett

Personal Trainer


Justin has had over 8 years of experience, training clients of all ages and needs. He holds a bachelors degree in computer science and is certified through the AFPA. His clientele has ranged from 10-80 years of age. His expertise has allowed his clients to lower cholesterol, blood pressure, gain control of their diabetes, rehab injuries, and lose unwanted body fat.

Manilo Dirocco

Manlio or “Manny” as we call him, is an exceptionally motivated and enthusiastic NASM certified personal trainer. His hard work and dedication to his clients really shows how passionate he is for educating everyone how important health and fitness is towards a healthy life.

Mac Olink

Personal Trainer


Mac is a young, vibrant, enthusiastic trainer that enjoys seeing his clients excel. He is ASFA certified and currently enrolled at Rhode Island College majoring in Wellness and Movement Studies. Mac has a strong sports background. Has been playing hockey for the past 19 years. Also played baseball and golf in high school.

Tym Toczko

Personal Trainer


Tym has always loved health and fitness dating way back to when he was an All State Safety in High School. Although he didn't begin his career into the industry until later in life, his previous positions has helped him become a very well rounded individual that allows him to adapt to the many different types of clients he has been able to have success with.
