Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. chicken breast
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 bag mixed vegetables
  • Teriyaki sauce

Directions:

  • chop chicken breast into chunks.
  • pre heat frying pan or wok with Pam Spray.
  • sautee chicken until cooked.
  • lower heat and add teriyaki sauce so that chicken is just lightly covered for 5-10 minutes.
  • have rice already cooked, and add that with the cooked vegetables into skillet and stir over low heat for 5 more minutes. Add more teriyaki sauce if needed.
