Grilled Steak Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 14 ounces Sirloin Steak, trimmed of fat.
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces Whole Wheat Baguette, cut into 4 pieces.
  • Mustard
  • Mayo
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Tomato

Directions:

  • Season steaks with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Pre heat grill to high.
  • Grill for about 3 minutes, turn steaks and grill for another 3 minutes (cook longer or less for your preference)
  • Transfer steak to cutting board and to rest for 5 minutes.
  • Cut bread and place desired amount of condiments, lettuce and tomato.
  • Thinly slice the steak and divide it among the sandwiches and serve.
