Marinated Salmon Fillets

Another healthy meal that is extremely nutritious, and extremely easy. Laura and I love Omaha Steaks (when they have a sale), for the fact that all of their meats are lean and the portions are pre-packaged in 4,6, or 8oz. sizes. You never have to worry about if you are over doing it, and you never get a bad piece.
Their Salmon Fillets come marinated or plain. It takes another time consuming step out of the preparation process for you, if time is consistently an issue for you.

Ingredients

  • Omaha Steaks Marinated Salmon Fillets (6oz.)
  • Vegetable of your choice (asparagus, or mixed green salad pairs well)

Directions

  • Thaw in refrigerator .
  • Bake in a preheated oven to 400. Place salmon fillets on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. If you prefer to grill…. grill salmon fillets over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Cook asparagus to your liking, or mix a nice salad – done.

Again, they are very easy to make. Packed with tons of omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for heart health, and fat metabolism.
Enjoy!
